    Auguste Moreau sculpture pair comprising La Moisson (“The Harvest”) and Le Message (“The Message”), late 19th century (Belle Époque). This exceptional ensemble by the celebrated French sculptor Auguste Moreau (1834–1917) personifies the grace and idealism of Art Nouveau. Each allegorical figure is modeled with lyrical movement and finely articulated drapery, revealing Moreau’s gift for conveying sensitivity and naturalism in the female form.
