    Exceptional Art Deco Thermos, likely of Swedish origin, crafted in brass and Pyrex glass circa 1930–1940. Its extraordinary geometric form, based on a perfect sphere supported by four ball feet, makes this Art Deco Thermos a remarkable example of decorative industrial design from the Art Deco period.

    The outer body consists of two brass hemispheres connected by a central hinge, opening to reveal the original 2-liter Pyrex glass insert. This Art Deco Thermos also retains its original metal cap with safety chain, as well as the distinctive geometric handles that reinforce its modern and architectural appearance.

    More than ninety years after its creation, the design remains surprisingly advanced. The powerful spherical silhouette of this Art Deco Thermos, its clean lines, and the combination of brass and glass evoke a distinctly futuristic image, reflecting the optimistic vision of technology, speed, and progress that defined the 1930s and 1940s.
